Questions
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. New companies that sign up during the promotion get 3 months free, without a card. When the trial ends, your account stays as it is, read-only, until you choose a plan.
What is the platform fee?
A small percentage of card payments your customers make through Vzlio: 1% on Starter, 0.5% on Pro and 0.3% on Max. Stripe's own processing fee is separate and charged by Stripe.
Do my customers pay me directly?
Yes. You connect your own Stripe account and payments go straight to it, in your company's name.
What happens if I pass my plan's online bookings?
Customers can always book. We let you know at 80%, and after a 7-day grace period bookings made by the office pause until next month, or until you move to a bigger plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. A lower plan only turns features off; nothing is deleted.
Can I bring my customers from another system?
Yes. Starter imports a spreadsheet with our template; Pro and Max get an AI assistant that maps your old system's columns for you (coming soon).
